How do I benefit from a Supplier listing in TWTD?
The World Travel Directory was created so that EVERY Travel Supplier in the world can have exposure to the Travel Advisor Community and Traveling Consumer, even if you don’t have a Sales Rep. The World Travel Directory is a tool for Travel Suppliers to build and develop their brand and relationships with their partners in the Travel Advisor Community. Here you can educate them about your product and what you can offer them.
What does it cost to be listed in The World Travel Directory?
The basic limited listing is FREE with a one-time $30 set-up fee. Your company’s listing in the World Travel Directory encourages Travel Advisors to learn about your Company, so that they can suggest your product to their traveling clients and convert into a booking. CREATE A SUPPLIER LISTING
Why should I upgrade my Supplier listing in The World Travel Directory?
By upgrading your profile in The World Travel Directory, Suppliers are further legitimized with specific sales contact information, product promo and a video link. As the owner of the Company, can I subscribe myself as a Sales Rep?
Yes! The Sales Rep subscription plans provide a one-of-a-kind central training location with space for a full “training cabinet” with increased links and multiple PDFs for your Travel Advisors. By designating yourself as the Sales Rep, you are the one to work with the Travel Advisors specifically and establish and develop a business relationship, and train them about your product. Why should I subscribe to The World Travel Directory?
The World Travel Directory was developed specifically for Travel Supplier Sale Reps to build and develop their own brand and relationships with their partners in the Travel Advisor Community. What does it cost to subscribe in The World Travel Directory?
In order to subscribe you must first have your Travel Supplier “Listed” in The World Travel Directory. The cost of your subscription depends on the plan you choose. VIEW SALES REP SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
If I am not currently representing a Travel Supplier, can I still subscribe to The World Travel Directory?
Yes you can subscribe and enter your contact details along with your photo, bio, resume, referrals, and any additional information. Your listing will appear in our Multi-Line/Seeking Employment category where your partners will find you. YOU are your own brand, and by maintaining your subscription, you continue to build that brand and relationships with the Travel Advisor community and beyond. Can I create a new Listing for the Travel Supplier I represent?
If you do not already find your Travel Supplier listed, then either you or a company representative can create a FREE Listing. As the Sales Rep, you may then claim it by subscribing as a Sales Reps within the Supplier Listing.

Can multiple Supplier Sales Reps subscribe under the same Travel Supplier?
Yes, they can add their subscription as an additional Regional Sales Rep within the Supplier Listing if it has already been claimed. ADD ADDITIONAL REGIONAL SALES REPS
Can the Regional Sales Reps of the same Supplier have different subscription levels?

Why should I register to use The World Travel Directory?

Can I locate a former Sales Rep I’ve previously done business with but is no longer affiliated with the same Travel Suppler?
If that Sales Rep has subscribed with us through a listed Travel Supplier or has subscribed in our Multi-Line/Seeking Employment section, you will be able to find their current contact information and affiliated Travel Supplier. By registering, does my Travel Advisor information become listed in The World Travel Directory?
No. There is no Travel Advisor search. We want you – the Travel Advisor, to recommend your clients to visit The World Travel Directory to get ideas for their next vacation, or to discover on their own a NEW Destination or Supplier Product that they hadn’t known about before. Then they will go back to YOU, their Travel Advisor, and YOU will be able to provide them with the expertise from your FREE FULL ACCESS materials and make that booking!
Can I recommend Travel Suppliers if they are not listed?
YES! We encourage you to recommend and provide the contact details of a Travel Supplier not yet listed in The World Travel Directory. By providing the Name and Contact Information, that Travel Supplier or their Sales Rep then has the opportunity to “claim” their listing. RECOMMEND A TRAVEL SUPPLIER.
Do you allow Travel Agencies/Advisors to advertise on this website?
No. There is no Travel Agency or Travel Advisor advertising available. We want all Travel Advisors to suggest to their clients to visit The World Travel Directory to get ideas of WHERE AND HOW they want to travel next. We encourage consumers in their own dedicated FAQ’s to go back to their Travel Advisor Professionals for booking.

What benefit do I get out of visiting The World Travel Directory?
The World Travel Directory gives you the benefit of finding ALL of the Travel Suppliers and Destinations in the World – in one location. Without visiting multiple websites, you can learn who they are, what they specialize in, and what benefits their product can offer you – all at no cost to you. You may find a Destination or a Travel Supplier that you never heard of before that piques your interest. Once you’ve found that dream destination or intriguing new product then you can request your Travel Advisor get you more information and even get you booked for a future experience.
Can I book directly with the Travel Supplier?
Some Travel Suppliers do take direct bookings, but they will lack the personalized service of a Travel Advisor. We strongly recommend that you contact your Travel Advisor to answer any questions that you may have and to get their professional opinion about the Travel Supplier that you are interested in. A Travel Advisor will have experience and insights that best cater to your wishes.
What if I don’t have or want to use a Travel Advisor?
Some Travel Suppliers have a program in which they can refer you to a Travel Advisor from your region that specializes in their product. We always recommend using a Travel Advisor to help you with all of your travel needs.
Don’t I get a better deal if I go directly with the Travel Supplier?
In most cases – NO. Some Travel Suppliers provide Travel Agencies/Advisors additional amenities to pass on to you – which they don’t offer to consumers directly. Travel Suppliers cannot give you the personal attention and know all of your personal preferences that your own personal Travel Advisor can. Again, we always recommend working with a Travel Advisor to help you with all of your travel needs.
Why don’t I have access to the Suppliers Sales Rep contact info to answer some of my questions?
The Suppliers Sales Reps are regional, so their contact information is only for the Travel Advisors of a specific territory. Your own Travel Advisor can answer any questions you may have – they are the professionals who are in the best position to provide personalized service and to add value to a particular booking.
